My Journey
I’m on the cold bathroom floor, knees throbbing and body heavy with new weight, thinking, “Am I really this old already? I’m only 45.” That moment was my wake up call and the start of my perimenopause journey. So I did what I know best: I turned to science.
As a neurobiologist, I’ve spent years analyzing data and asking hard questions, and now I use that same approach to midlife and menopause. I’m here to share what I’ve learned with women who want clear, practical, science based guidance through this transition.
My Philosophy
I’ve always been endlessly curious about how the body works and convinced that biology explains far more than we think.
When you understand what is actually happening under the surface, fear turns into clarity. My goal is to give you science you can trust and practical tools you can use, so you feel informed, prepared, and in charge.

Professional Experience
I’m a neurobiologist with a PhD from the University of Washington and postdoctoral training at the RIKEN Institute in Japan.
For over a decade, I’ve worked in clinical trials and biotech, turning complex science into practical healthcare solutions in clinical research, project leadership, and senior roles across CROs and startups.
Today, I use that experience to help women make clearer, more confident decisions about their health.
